Hey all! I wanted to let you know that one of my most popular articles got a facelift. Lots of new content was added, especially in the portion of the article dealing with tips on how to help heal from hypothyroid symptoms. You can read the article here:
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor. Content for entertainment purposes only. Not medical or health advice. Strap in for the ride because this article goes deep. Why? Because we are here to talk about a disease that is not just a disease but THE disease. The disease at the root of all disease. Hypothyroidism. Bold statement, huh? Let’s unpack it.
My mum has been on thyroxine for over 30years may be longer. She has been told it she needs it survive. She has had 2 thyroid operations and heart bypass which I think the latter is connected to the former. Her hair is thinning now, she sweats a lot has a very large gouter... Its pretty tragic really she trusts the doctors but I believe their treatments have brought her much more sickness than health in her life... I will be re reading this article.. Thank you writing it.
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I do find it so peculiar that the idea of using the active form of the thyroid hormone (T3) is so foreign to most doctors.
I’ve been on levo and have just started combined t4/t3 therapy (very low dose) and have gotten heart flutters both times. Do you know what the cause may be?
I am not sure about this brand. It seems that their devices operate on other light wavelengths as opposed to just red. The ones that I was referring to are something like what cytoled sells: https://cytoled.com/

What do you think about the following post on the thyroid: https://open.substack.com/pub/leadtheway/p/thyroid-and-water-homeostasis
Hey Nathalie,
I am not sure about this brand. It seems that their devices operate on other light wavelengths as opposed to just red. The ones that I was referring to are something like what cytoled sells: https://cytoled.com/
They also have an article going over the benefits: https://cytoled.com/pages/faq
Some people also seem to get benefits from a simple chicken heat lamp which costs under $100.
