Hey π As the health space keeps getting noisier with more "quick fixes,β AI-generated content, marketing hype and more confusion, I want to double down on what I know matters: honest in-depth analysis that helps you make better decisions about your health.
Hey Joy, thank you for your patience. I have a 4 hour presentation (masterclass) on root causes of obesity and approaches to fat loss that expand past the βeat less, move moreβ model which will be released soon. I try to post as often as possible, however this format of content and the quality level that I strive for takes a tremendous amount of effort as well as time. Thank you again for your support.
Hi, Kaya! I'm enjoying binge-reading all your articles, found them incredible insightful and I'm looking forward to putting them in practice.
So, based on your experience, would you say it's possible to fully revert autoimmune antibodies in blood tests?
Also, do you have any editorial calendar or content plans? I would love to read your thoughts on celiac disease and the possibility to overcome it, if there is, in case you accept suggestions!
I will say that I am not an expert when it comes to blood tests, but I have heard many anecdotes of symptoms improving/disappearing and antibodies decreasing after focusing on improving energy metabolism with diet, improving gut function, or using progesterone.
In my gut article, I mentioned some somewhat hypothetical research on bifidobacteria probiotics helping with gluten intolerance, but I haven't looked into celiac disease deeply.
At the moment, I am working on three different things: a podcast/presentation on achieving fat loss in a sustainable way that doesn't cause fat regain in the long term (which will be my next release), a podcast on thyroid hormone supplementation, and an article series covering symptoms associated with specific vitamin and mineral deficiencies, to make it easier to spot gaps based on symptoms and proxy markers on blood tests, since most lab testing for vitamin and mineral status is often not super accurate while also extremely expensive.
The other topics that I would also like to get around to this year are more content on the biochemical roots of mental health problems and a deep dive into fungal issues, like Candida.
I have considered posting a road map/content plan calendar. I am sitting on the idea a bit because I would hate to make false promises. Sometimes I will start working on something, lose interest as I find a more engaging topic that I start diving into, and then come back to the first topic when inspiration strikes again, sometimes months later. Since my βprocessβ is a bit chaotic and non-linear, I have been a bit apprehensive when it comes to creating a content calendar. That being said, I do realize that it would be great to create a bit more of a window into whatβs happening βbehind the scenesβ in between releases. I will sit on this idea a bit more. Thank you for your patience. :)
I totally get the non-linear and chaotic processes π
Anyway, all topics sound really interesting.
I'll be doing more research, trial and error on my own, we'll see! But your view on autoimmunity makes me feel more at peace with my own body, which is always helpful, so thank you for that.
Hello I subscribed in February but I'm not receiving any articles or posts. Something happened to this page?
